Missing AirPlay on Apple Music for Windows 11

Using Apple Music on Windows 11 and AirPlay is missing. We tried activating Bonjour but it does not exist on the system. We also downloaded iTunes but it did not install Bonjour.

The only program I can find to download form Apple or Microsoft is Bonjour Print Services for Windows v2.0.2 which is not listed for Windows 11 nor says anything about AirPlay.

What can I do to install and activate AirPlay on Music for Windows 11?
