Removing MDM from a non-existent organization.

Good afternoon.

I've had an old iPad for many years now.

When I reset the device, it turned out it belonged to some organization (MDM lock).

But I bought it on the used market in the Republic of Belarus.

Moreover, the organization responsible for the block no longer exists.

Searching for the organization was unsuccessful.

Previously, it was possible to unblock the account through customer support, but I still can't open a chat with them.

Please help me remove it.

The presence of a management profile indicates that the device is centrally managed by an Enterprise or Educational establishment. Devices that are configuration locked by an MDM platform can usually only be released from central management by the platform that manages the device. Be aware that Apple will not assist with removal of management profiles.

Unless you are lucky - and have the option to delete the profile from iPad Settings - you’ll need to seek assistance directly from the System Administrator who manages the device.

If the organization no longer exists and you locate find their officers, the iPad will never work correctly for you.
