You are likely visiting websites which are promoting cleaning software, which you don't need and are what are commonly called Phishing Scams. There are no cleaning tools which will even work on an iPhone. What you need to do is stop visiting sites, which promote such garbage. They are paid by the scammers to try to scare you into buying a service or tool for a problem you don't have. Ignore any claim you need a cleaning tool or have a virus.

As for the other sorts of “cleaning” and “protection” and “virus detected!” and other suggestions offered by pop-ups and other advertisements, yeah, ignore that. Those are advertisements. Too many are scams.
