Home Screen wallpaper dimming after I unlock my iPhone running iOS 26

My Home Screen wallpaper dims once I unlock my phone. I’ve followed every direction possible to get it to stop but nothing is working. Takes away all the vibrancy from my photo. Is this a bug with the iOS26 update? What can I do??
