Recent reports pointed to possible refreshes for the Apple TV, HomePod mini, and AirTag, yet none were announced at the event. Several sources now suggest that a new Apple TV 4K might arrive later this year, potentially featuring the A17 Pro chip, improved wireless performance through Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7, and enhanced integration with Apple Intelligence. I was waiting as well and hoped it might be the quiet release in October but it isn’t. If you can hold out a bit longer, then wait. I can’t. I currently have the 2nd gen ATV 4K and want/need a 3rd gen with more space. I’m going to get this model, it will still be an upgrade for me. If there’s a new model coming I’ll have to get it later.

[It’s always the wiser choice to get the very latest model of any tech gadget].
