Apple Music on Windows 11 - Export Playlist gone?

I tried Apple Music on Windows 11 today for about 5 minutes. I did it because Genius Playlists seem to have been removed from iTunes for Windows 11 - puzzling. But then I could not locate Export Playlist. My quick search on Google told me that Apple removed Export Playlist from Music on Windows 11. In fact, the entire menu that included File, Edit, Song, View, Controls, Account, and Help are gone. Some of those items were moved elsewhere on Music for Windows but it appears all the File -> Menu is gone except import music. Mac Music appears to retain these options.

What is Apple thinking by removing these items? I use Export Playlists a lot!!! It's how I synch my playlists from Windows to Mac and back. How else do we do this?
