Obligation to keep the product

I've owned apple since the iphone 3gs and every time I launch I change devices. In the last 5 years I have been using more devices such as apple tv, macbook, home pod, apple watch, airpods... an applemaniac until I went to buy ipads. And with this last one I had a big problem. The product from the Pro line simply failed 2 times in a row. In 3 months after purchase and effective use of 1 month. This is in the assistance for the full exchange of the product for a NEW one. However, this doesn't interest me anymore, it has already failed twice. I don't want to wait for the third. And by the policies I'm obliged to keep the device. I would like the credit, which I would use even in apple products anyway. Something like that. But forcing me to keep a product that I still don't trust is bordering on an absurdity. Help me Apple

Having two new devices fail is very unusual - noting that you have provided no indication as to the nature of the problem.

In most countries/regions, Apple offers an unconditional 14-day returns policy - where an unwanted (undamaged) device can be returned for exchange or refund. Upon expiry of the 14-day returns period, device faults will be handled under the Apple limited warranty - this typically being one year, or for EU Member States, two years.

In some countries you may have additional consumer rights legislation - under which you may have additional protected rights.
