How to organize bookmarks in Safari on iMac running macOS 26.0.1?

#1, So I can't drag/sort the left side bookmarks anymore to organize them. Drag is not working.

#2, How to get rid of (or disable) those "recent bookmarks" that appear as blocks at the top to the left

in favorites?

#3, In the past the bookmarks folders appeared below the individual single favorites to the left. Now, the folders are showing on the top of the list and the singles below. Just exactly the way I don't want it. I want the favorites to list as the old way.

I'm talking about the bookmarks favorites showing to the left in safari 26.01 on an iMac.
