Created notes on macOS Tahoe don't sync between devices

Well... I have a MBP with Sonoma, iPhone / iPad with latest iOS 26, and a Mac Mini with Tahoe 26.0.1 (25A362). All my notes are looking fine on the app, but when I create a new one in Tahoe, it doesn't appear on my other devices. But if I create a new one with the MBP, iPhone / iPad, I can see it on my Mac Mini.

Same Apple ID, everything turned on and this is happening since the update to Tahoe 😢
