Windows PC will not recognize IPhone when plugged in. Can not find Apple Device Driver.

After a long time of plugging my iPhone into my Windows 11 PC to sync my music with iTunes I attempted to do so and when I plug in my iPhone 15 Plus using my USB cord it I hear a sound and it charges my phone but my PC is not detecting my iPhone to sync. This is the same cord I had used last year to sync with ITunes and it worked fine. I did recently hear that ITunes moved to the Apple Music App and the Apple Device App for syncing. So I downloaded those two apps thinking that might help and it still didn’t work.

I tried several troubleshooting ideas to fix this and what I believe is the issue is somehow the apple device driver is not installed on my computer. After doing a search of this issue I tried to uninstall and reinstall ITunes as it said that would reinstall the driver and it did not work.

Is there any way to install the driver? Or is there anther way to fix this?

Thanks
