Have searched on here and suggestions of volume up, volume down, hold on/off button to force restart doesn't work - it brings up apple logo but still in guided access and not accepting my passcode. When I press each number once nothing shows up. Only goes white if I double or triple tap each number. I have locked myself out numerous times and now having to wait 15mins before I can try yet again! Any other suggestions?

Thank you Grant. Got it fixed through live chat. Had to press each number of my code once then small pause then press same number twice quickly and then repeat for each number. Once into iPad then the same procedure for accessing settings etc - press once, small pause then 2 quick presses again! Won’t be putting it on again!
