Unwanted ChatGPT subscription on mobile operator's bill

Since September, the ChatGPT subscription started appearing on my mobile operator’s bill. I requested a refund for the card payment, and now I don’t have a ChatGPT subscription at all. The mobile operator’s bill has already been paid.
