Siri Suggestions Notifications is a resource hog

On my iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 26.0.1, I have discovered that Siri Suggestions Notifications are using about 20% of the battery during the day and about 1GB of cell data per month. I turned Allow Notifications off in Siri Suggestions to fix the problem, and to be honest I don't miss the feature much so I'm fine.

But I want to mention this in case someone has an idea of how to resolve this issue and also to let others know in case they are experiencing this too.
