Missing info in Messages contact pane [iOS 26]

Since updating to iOS 26, clicking the contact photo at the top of the screen in a Messages conversation no longer shows all information. For some contacts there are toggles for Hide Alerts, Send Read Receipts, Show in Shared With You, and Share Focus Status. Others don’t have these. Can’t figure out a pattern that might suggest that they just moved these settings to another place. Curious if other models have experienced this? iPhone SE 3 running iOS 26.0.1.
