Why does the clock app keep switching alert times/action back to Redial?

Why does the clock app keep switching alert tones/action back to Redial?

I wanted the Timer in the Clock app on my iPhone to Stop Playing When Timer Ends but after I close out of the app and reopen it, it reverts back to the default, which is Radial (Default)
