Can't approve app downloads via Family Sharing

Question

Can't approve app downloads via Family Sharing

When my kids request an app and I get the notification to review it instead of the button to check it out it says "Not Signed In"

"Sign in with the Apple Account you use for Family Sharing."

Am I needing to get on through each of their emails? Is it through my main email? Does it need to be done on the phone/phones? Can I do it on the computer? I guess I'm not sure what I'm doing. This family sharing has been a mess since we got it setup.

I appreciate any help that you can give!

I’m currently having the same issues. I’m seeing a lot of people are having issues with it. I've been using my iPad to approve the requests because on my phone I get the same message.

This has worked for me for years, but I too, now see this message suggesting I’m not signed in.

Thinking that they have maybe pushed out an issue in the latest release, for us each to have this same problem on the same day.

I've not seen it before, so it must be linked to the version which was installed in the last 24 hours or so… do you think?
