AirPods 3 pro makes a high pitched screeching sound for a short duration (less than .5 seconds) on the left AirPod whenever I burp when using it

So I fixed the weird click noise I'd hear when walking or tilting my head to the right by pulling off the silicon ear piece, rotating it 180 degrees, and sticking it back on. Easy and free fix.

not only burping, it causes this high pitched noise while wearing it normally in an airplane too. Also bumping in a bus or train triggers it. It is very annoying and dissapointing, coming from an apple product. I had airpods pro 1's and they never had this type of problem. Also I tried every eartips and those dont help at all!
