Missing Apple Books Library folder prevents syncing with iPhone 15

I may/may not have deleted the Apple Books (Kind = Library); I can't tell, but I can't find that folder anywhere. The issue I am having is that all the books/audio books I have will not sync and appear on my iPhone 15. Yes, I have followed all of the help forums instructions on syncing (with iCloud, between MacBook and iPhone). I have even reinstalled the MacOs today. The screen shot of Pages below is an example of the kind of folder I'm talking about. My assumption is that the Books folder was accidentally deleted at some point and I can neither recover it or create a new one.

I've also used the Finder, held option key, chose Library, and confirmed that all the books I have uploaded/purchased exist on my MacBook Pro. I'm completely stuck.
