Apple Music is not playing purchased music on my MacBook Pro

I have a problem with Apple Music on my MacBook. Although I have purchased music, it is not playing.

Purchased music and it doesn't play: I have a problem with Apple Music on my MacBook. Although I have purchased music, it is not playing.

Purchases Not Playing After Purchases:


A. Turn Off All VPN Connections:

Have any VPN connections? If so, turn them off.


B. Authorize the Device:

  1. Go To: Account
  2. Select: Authorize this Device...
  3. Select: Sign In
  4. Proceed from there with the login

See If it now works.


C. A Pending Purchase:

Find this item in your Purchase History. See if it reads “”Pending”. If so, you have yet to wait the release to play it —all purchasers of this item do —not just you. Go Here: View your Purchase History for the App Store and Other Apple Media Services - Apple Support
