In macOS 26.0.1 and Safari 26.0.1, my profiles get deleted every time I quit the app

I’m running macOS 26.0.1 and Safari Version 26.0.1 (21622.1.22.11.15).

Every time I quit Safari, all of the profiles I’ve set up are deleted.

I’ve spent more than three+ hours with Apple Tech Support trying to resolve this issue, but it remains unresolved. My last attempt was a full reinstall of macOS 26.0.1 — unfortunately, the problem still persists.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution or workaround?
