Spontaneous crashes on 2017 iMac with Ventura 13.7.8

My iMac has been great and fully functional (until a day ago) even though in the Apple community they are stating that it is now considered obsolete, which is really frustrating.

Within the last couple of days my iMac has spontaneously crashed on me. Once was when I was going into preview to do something (although both PS and Lightroom were open, which I know are space hogs), two other times was when I was watching Netflix.

I hope that this could be a easy fix, because the idea of having to buy a new one (so freaking expensive) would be financially tough.
