Volume doesnt change until song is paused and unpaused?

As title states on the Windows App a song does not change requested volume until the song is paused then unpaused.

Running on Apple Music 1.6.0.112 (1.1536.28673.0)

This was an issue noticed on 24H2 and now updated to 25H2 issue persist...

I do not use any 3rd party app to control my PC audio

Is this known issue?
