sharing a Numbers file from my laptop to my iphone14 promax
I have a NUMBERS file on my MacBook Air laptop, and I want to use it also on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. Is this possible?

Absolutely.
The easiest way is via iCloud - just save your document to your iCloud drive (or configure Numbers to do this automatically via System Settings -> iCloud -> Drive -> Apps syncing to iCloud Drive)
Then on your phone just open the document (you might need to install the Numbers app (for free) via the App Store, if it's not already installed.
