After changing iPad to a newer version one of the apps does not download and says that the app was deleted from App store. Strangely enough it does work perfectly on iPhone. In addition, neither on iPhone nor on iPad the app is listed on My Apps list. What to do? What could be the problem and how to still download an app on iPad? Thank you

There are thousands of apps in the appstore are we to guess what app you're referring too?
