why can’t you leave a review for a podcast from your iPhone?

I have tried to figure out how to do so on my own. I have searched this community for answers. I have tried following instructions given to do so from the few answers I could find. I have tried doing a google search and following those instructions. None of the above have led to a pathway to actually leave a review on a podcast in the Apple Podcasts app. This seems very strange. The few pieces of advice or answers or instructions I have found are mostly the same generic instructions that seem to have been copied and pasted from somewhere. Well they don’t work. There simply is no identifiable pathway to leave a review on a podcasts main page. Why? This seems to have been an issue people have asked about for a minimum, a couple YEARS. So what’s the deal? Why can’t I leave a review for a podcast from my phone?
