Deleting an app from iCloud (specifically HBO MAX)

I want to download a fresh version of HBO MAX that will no longer be charged within the Apple family. I can't find the app on my iPhone under "Saved to iCloud"; also cannot find it on my pc under my iCloud plan.

But every time I down delete that app from my iPhone and try to reinstate it, it welcomes my back with another person's name that is no longer even part of my current plan.

How do I delete the app AND the associated information that is not current anymore.

Then I want to download the app and have come under another vendors plan.

Thanks for your assistance.

iPhone SE, iOS 18

Removal from a Group and Seeing Purchases:

To remove oneself from a group, they must do so, themselves. So, just don’t use the group. To find this app purchase, view your purchase history, and you’ll find it sure enough listed in there. Even free items are shown. It’s also important to note that sometimes, apps and other items, are removed from the App Store and iTunes Store, and become never accessible again. It’s something you would have agreed to, upon opening an Apple Account. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Deliver/Studio of the purchase item.
