Unauthorized subscription charges from NGL app on iPhone
All I did was download the NGL app, but I never used or signed into the app. It has been charging me $7.99 per week using a credit card I never gave to their app. After searching up the issue, this is a very common scam from the app NGL. It has been charging me every week since August 16, when I first downloaded the app itself (no use whatsoever).
When I visit report.a.problem.apple.com and click the choices that apply to me after requesting a refund, it simply states, "You have no purchases that are eligible for a refund." People from Reddit are saying that this can be solved by talking to an Apple rep, but I've tried to contact Apple support, and I can't find a way to chat with Apple. What should I do?
