Missing Songs from Deluxe Album with Limited Availability

I recently purchased the following album and can not get all of the songs to download on my windows laptop. Taylor Swift - The Life of a Showgirl (DELUXE Dressing Room Rehearsal Version). This album was only available for 24 hours and is no longer available. I paid for the full album but tracks # 13, 15 & 16 will not play in Apple Music on my PC computer. I can see the tracks but they just aren't available. All of the other tracks are there and will play.

My iphone is synced with itunes on my computer and it's all backed up to icloud. Originally those 3 songs wouldnt play on my iphone either. I am not sure how or why that changed. Any ideas on this? Thanks!

Same thing with me, the night I purchased that variant, all of the other versions and memos are there. When I checked that following day, tracks 13, 15 and 16 are missing. I don't know if it was removed or what by Taylor's team or Apple. It's complete on my phone though. All are there and playing, just with my Macbook that those three items are missing.

I just recently filed a report about it.
