My wife’s nephew needed some cash to get his phone turned back on after he missed a payment or something. My wife sent him Apple Cash to his phone. Is it possible to sign into his Apple account using his girlfriend’s phone to transfer the Apple Cash to his bank account? I believe they had access to a WiFi network. I’d read that the phone needs to be on to receive the transaction. Anyone have the correct gouge? 🙏🏼

If he missed a payment or two all the cellular carrier can do is turn off cellular service. WiFi is still available and can be used to accept Apple Cash transfers and to transfer Apple Cash to bank account. No need to mess with the girlfriend’s iPhone.
