How to not get shared calendar event creation alerts in the macOS calendar app's inbox?

My wife shares her calendar with me. Every time she creates an event (which has nothing to do with me, e.g. some appointment or errand or something), my macOS calendar app's inbox shows that there exists an item in my inbox to review. I click the inbox, click the "new" tab, and there appears a list of events my wife has created on her calendar. Note, I am not invited to these events - they are only for her. There are no "accept", "maybe", or "reject" buttons. The only button associated with the alert is "ok", as if I needed to be alerted that my wife is going to get her nails done.

I get work event invites that I need to respond to in a timely fashion, so I ALWAYS have to check when there's an item in my inbox, so it's really infuriating that my work is interrupted to have to deal with these useless alerts.

None of the tips/solutions listed on any post (here in this forum or anywhere else) silences these calendar inbox alerts. Every such post is about either event time reminders on shared calendars (which is completely different), a notification center setting for notifications from shared calendars (which apparently doesn't affect the calendar app's inbox - because the alerts continue to appear there), iOS (which apparently has a way to silence these inbox alerts - but there's no analog in the macOS app), or disables every calendar alert, which is clearly unwanted.

Can someone please explain how to disable these macOS calendar app inbox alerts about events created on a calendar shared with me that I'm not invited to and has no reminder?
