Why can’t my AppleCare+ phone be moved to my new Apple Care One subscription
In two Support calls today, I learned that an Apple Account is set up by your email address. So- because my wife’s email and mine are different, I cannot move her phone from my AppleCare+ subscription to my new Apple Care One subscription…even though both subscriptions are attached to my Apple account. This is ridiculous.
