If your phone was not in Lost Mode, and you had the original purchase receipt from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller, showing the phone's serial number, you could file an Activation Lock support request.

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

However, the form for submitting the request clearly states that the device must not be in Lost Mode. Thus, if the scammers have placed your phone into Lost Mode – as seems likely – your phone is lost to you. Paying criminals would be a bad idea, as you would be rewarding criminal activity, and there would be no guarantee that they would not demand more money – and leave you with a locked, unusable phone anyway, after you paid it.

If you have not already done so, you should immediately change any passwords that you may have revealed to the scammers, including your Apple Account password and your Minecraft one.

Hello there!

I, Sarsen, on 07.10.2025 between 14:00 and 17:00 spoke to the same people via Telegram. They promised me that they would record a paid Minecraft game. I trusted them and accessed the iCloud/account data they provided. Later, they changed the password, blocked access to my device and began to demand money.

Now they threaten not to open an account if I do not give me money. I did not make any payments and do not agree to such an act.

Application, check this situation and help to block the accounts of scammers and ensure the security of my device and data.

As an additional argument, I have screenshots of Telegram letters and notes with the time. I can add them if necessary.

Thank you for your help in advance.
