Missing slideshows in Photos after upgrading to OS Tahoe 26.0 and Time Machine recovery glitch

Slideshows in Photos did not transfer in upgrade to OS Tahoe 26.0. Unable to recover them using Time Machine back up due to glitch in recovery procedure. Has anyone else had this specific issues?

Slideshows in photos missing after upgrading to OS Tahoe. Prodedure for recovering in Time Machine back up does not work due to bug in process. Won't allow Photos back up file created to be downloaded due to permission issue?
