Accidental Subscription Renewal Pending for Over 48 Hours

Issue:
I accidentally renewed a subscription.
The purchase is still pending for more than 48 hours.
I have already cancelled the subscription via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
I cannot request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com because the purchase is still pending.

I would like guidance on how to get a refund for this subscription.
