Not able to make calls or recieve messages on ipad cellular M3 Air

If anyone can help with my issue.

recently purchased ipad air M3 cellular .

Even after activation of esim i am not able to make calls and receive messages.

The error says that facetime and icloud must be signed in with same apple account.

i confirmed that also in settings but still not able to resolve the issue
