Unable to access Apple Account and Gmail on iPhone due to unauthorized password change

Somebody changes my password to my Apple account my Gmail, everything about to lose my job cause I build commercial buildings and go get my prints for the building two blueprint and I locked down my Gmail and I got inspectors there and it ain’t like we do blueprints up paper everything going digital so here I am with Inspector‘s ready to go look at a job and I can’t even get into my blueprints. I’m really fed up with it. My whole phone is tuck over everything I go to. It says I got 2devices I only got one device and it tells me I’m go to my groups. I’m not in our groups. I just got on this while I go to see if I could get something figured out because it’s going on in a year now this is my third phone.
