Music app has become too slow after updating to Tahoe

Music app after updating to Tahoe has become very slow and glitching. Responds very slow.

Does anyone know how to fix this, and how to return the playback bar back from the bottom (where it is after updating to Tahoe) to the top of the app (where it was absolutely logical and convenient)? It is always difficult to fast forward the track now (because this bar is on the bottom), while at the same time it always gets mixed with the background. I use MacBook Pro M3. Would appreciate a lot any assistance.
