Personalised Spatial Audio not capturing full head scan on iPhone 14

I am trying to get Personalised Spatial Audio working with my AirPods Pro 2, and when I try to capture my head scan, it will not capture my whole head no matter how far I turn my head. It always reaches the same amount of green ticks either side, so I am convinced this is some sort of software issue. I am using an iPhone 14 on iOS 26 to scan. Can someone help me get this working?
