Request for Assistance — Last Known Location of MacBook Removed from My Apple ID

Hello,

I need your assistance. Because the camera was not working, I planned to send my laptop to the service of the company I bought it from via a courier company, X. However, when I went to X courier company’s office to drop off the laptop, they did not put the laptop into a box and they sent me away without completing the process. Now the laptop is missing from their office. I need evidence that the laptop was indeed at their office. I thought I could prove this using my MacBook’s “last seen” location. The problem is that, because I was worried about theft and data security, I accidentally removed the device from my Apple ID. Now that it has been removed, I want to learn the last known location from before it was removed. I need this information. Can Apple help me with this matter?

Commiserations on the missing Mac!

Find My would have to have been turned on before the Mac went missing.

Seems, as the Mac was removed from your Apple (ID) Account, then Find My couldn't be on ?

We can't speak for Apple, but seems Find My is the only way to track or find Apple hardware.

There is no other Apple service that can find, track, or otherwise flag your Mac for you.

Apple Support does have other "Find My" articles online:
