Mode ID A1425 could denote either

  • A 13" Retina MBP from Late 2012
  • A 13" Retina MBP from Early 2013

In either case, the latest version of macOS you can install would be Catalina.

If you still have a working version of macOS that you can start up from – whether on the internal drive or a bootable clone backup – you could try downloading Catalina using the App Store.
