My mother uses an iPad Pro (2020) and for the past few weeks she’s ran into several issues.
1: It keeps freezing randomly until she force reboots it.
2: It’s not registering touches to the screen or buttons.
3: Her magic keyboard often randomly disconnects from Bluetooth.
Is there anything we can do about these issues or will we just have to upgrade?

The first 2 sound like hardware issues. She could take it into an Apple Store to have it diagnosed and repaired if possible.
Alternatively, she could try to restore the iPad to Factory Settings, and see if that resolves the issues.

The. 3rd one is kind of odd, because Apple's Magic keyboards for iPads don't use bluetooth, at all.
They are physically connected to the iPad via the magnetic connectors on the back of the iPad.
If the connectors are dirty or the iPad is moved around it may disconnect from the iPad, but would never show up on bluetooth anyway to see this disconnection. It would just stop responding to key presses.

Ahhh I must’ve gotten confused when she said it was disconnecting, I just assumed it was bluetooth lol.
