How can I change my husband's birthdate on Family Sharing?

My husband's birthdate is incorrectly listed as our 17-year-old daughter's birthdate. When he tries to change it on his phone, he gets a message that he needs permission from his parent/guardian. I set up my family watches (mine, my daughter's, and my husband's) in family share, but it will not allow me to change my husband's birthdate. Help.

If you haven't tried it already:

See if Apple Support's online article (link below) can help:

Update the birthday associated with an Apple Account - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"Edit your birthday or a child’s birthday on the web

Sign in to account.apple.com with the account you want to edit.
Select Personal Information, then choose Birthday.
Update the birthday and click Save."
