What are you attempting to accomplish exactly?
The Tesco Club Card can only be used in Tesco stores. So while you could conceivably add it to Wallet & Apple Pay on your Mac, it would server no real purpose outside of maybe allowing you to pay on the Tesco Website, maybe.
If you have a Tesco Bank card, you can add that to Wallet & Apple Pay and use it on other websites and online stores from your Mac.
