Apple Account locked after changing country store on iPhone 12

hello hope everyone is doing great i recently bought an iphone 12 everything was okay i wanted the ios 26 and i download it and its amazing then i created a new apple id to get the Apps etc.. Find my iphone the icloud normally

everything was okay than i wanted to download an app that isnt availble in my country store so i moved to colombia store to download the app .so i changed the country changed the information downloaded the app then come back to my country store france immediatly

then like 15min after i got a message : check your account apple id like tap your password i did it and a error has occured it was the message so i didnt know what to do and i checked youtube and go to i forgot apple to make a request and then i find that my apple id is locked its says that apple are going to treat your demand in 24 hours

now im blocked cant unlogin from my icloud from my apple id from everything. i just got that message to tell me to login again and the same error has occured appear
