Apple Music stations too repetitive and aggressive for sleep playlists

I like to play music in my bedroom while I sleep. I play music stations for continuous play and listen to soft music like solo piano but the stations repeat too often. In addition every 5th “song” is just a series of arpeggiated chords.

Also, some of the stations that are labeled “soft piano” music start off nice and quiet but by early morning are playing metal or something much too aggressive for sleep or alternately play just some form of white noise or waves.

is there a way to program apple music to play what I requested. Soft piano music on a continuous loop?
