Apple Music not working after returning from vacation

I recently returned from a trip to China. While in China, I would get this message every time I tried to play a song: "You are signed in with an Apple Account that is not valid for use in the Chinese Store. You may only purchase music from the U.S. Store with this Apple Account." I assumed this would stop after I returned to the US, but I still get the same message every time. I tried restarting the app and restarting my computer, but the result is the same. Can I do something to fix this, or do I need to wait for something server-side to update?
