Purchased a movie back in 2024 in English now its in French
So I purchased a movie back on Dec 18, 2024, in English. I just went to watch it, and now it's in French with no English language option. I tried to report it, but there is no option to report it. I can see when I purchased it and on what date, but I can't do anything to report a problem
This is not the first time that this has happened, but the last time it did was a recent purchase, so I was able to get a refund. I think they should either provide me with the English version or refund my $4.99. I understand that the catalogue can change, but give me a break.
Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
