How to return my old Mac?

If this is some kind of preauthorized return or trade-in with Apple, then follow the instructions Apple provided to you. Those instructions could be within the box (if Apple sent you a box), or as an email confirmation, or somewhere in the paperwork you did to create the return.

You can also contact Apple Support directly to ask for assistance. You should give them whatever case ID or reference number associated with the return or trade-in.
