Join CD option missing - Want to import a CD as a single file

Hi there,

I feel like I'm going mad - a few weeks ago I imported CDs as a single file, and now I can't seem to find the option to do this.

I'm importing mid-90s dance CDs, so it's important for me to import them as a single file otherwise there are small gaps between the tracks.

I go to the CD, select all of the files though under the gear icon there is no option to Join CD tracks. I've tried resorting the track list and selecting them all in order individually too - Has this option disappeared or am I looking in the wrong place??
