Unable to regain access to locked Apple Account due to verification code issues
I was trying to create and add another iCloud account for my husband on my iPad but when I tried to log back into my account it said it was locked even though I know my password. I have been trying to regain access for months, I went to iforgot.apple.com and tried the recovery path like the customer support lady advised put in all the information but because I can’t use the phone number I had to go hit continue anyway then on the next screen it asks for a number to get the verification code on so I tried that number in but I can’t get texts so I hit phone call to get the code, but the phone never rang when I go to the app it shows the incoming call but it didn’t ring thru. What can I do to regain access because it is sending the code to the email I’m locked out of.
